  Harbor Mooring & Custom Docks was founded by co-owners Keith Walo and Paul Allard in 2006. We are based out of Scituate, MA and primarily service Quincy to the Cape and everywhere in between. We have also built in metro west and on the north shore. We maintain and manage many private docks across the South Shore as well as work with local municipalities on their marina needs.
